It was bit of lengthy but straightforward. The interview panel was well prepared with their questions & keen on timings. Overall pleasant atmosphere over there. It was really good to work on VFS Global as a manager.

The process was very long - 3 weeks. In the last week it became very rushed with interview being every 2 days. Was a great process until the final interview. I passed the 3 interviews and I was the only candidate in the final. I don’t understand as there was 2 people interviewing me. Then to add after the role being urgent, I had to wait for over 3 weeks for a decision to say I was not a right fit for the position, If I was not a right fit, I should have been told this after I met the hiring manager in the 2nd interview? Very disappointed. For one person at the final interview I was rejected, this was gods protection. I did not deserve this as the hiring manager was so wonderful and we even shared our plans for the dept. It costs me money to go for the interviews as it was so rushed. Don’t give false hope to candidates as for most this is their only chance of sustaining a living and provide for their families.
