After an interview with the recruiting agency who checked my professional experience, I was interviewed with by hiring manager. The interview was quite relax and focused mostly in checking if there was a match in personalities and company culture. I was given a lot of opportunity to ask my own questions and to ensure that I understood the job responsibilities well. Velux values a collaborative model in its management team, therefore I also had interviews with several other managers. Once they gave positive feedback, I had to take a full day assessment center where I took part in several skill tests.
