Very pleasant! No intentional trickery, just a chain of people trying to get to know you. More of a conversational feel than a true interview. There were no situational or medical questions, they seemed truly interested in my long term goals and growth. Open for questions and gave honest answers.

2 interviews during the process. The first is a recorded questions that you have to answer on the spot. You had about 3 minutes to think about your answers before you were recorded and cannot go back to view the recording. The second is a zoom interview with the recruiter.
