The entire process took over a month, which felt excessive considering I only had an initial interview with HR. I applied on April 1st and received a response on April 15th, inviting me to an HR interview. The interview went well, and the HR said they would get back to me shortly. However, I heard nothing for the next two weeks, even after sending a follow-up email. Eventually, I did receive a response, inviting me to an onsite technical interview and asking for my availability two weeks later. I replied the same day, but again received no response for another week. Finally, I received an automated rejection email in German, despite all previous communication being in English, stating that the position had already been filled. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about this experience. The communication was extremely slow, inconsistent, and ultimately unprofessional.
