Applied and finally got an interview 2 months later. It was via zoom and consisted of the nurse manager, nurse clinician, and nurse educator. Asked me questions about my previous experience, why I wanted to work there, personal interests. They did ask me what I thought were permissible reasons to call-out which I thought was a little weird. Got an offer the week after and accepted

Entretien
The manager was easy going, supportive, a great leader. Did a mobile interview and it wasn’t as intimidating as I thought it would be. It was an easy process. The interview was about an hour or so.

Phone call and then zoom meeting with charge nurse. Asked basic behavioral questions, update on certifications and training. During COVID season so hiring was at peak. Onboarding process took a while, started maybe about 6-7 weeks after offer.
