An online application followed by an online psychometric exam which took around an hour and a half, I was then told I was unsuccessful then received another email a month or so later saying I was in the top percentile of candidates. I was invited to attend a zoom market simulation activity which involved myself and 40 or so others, lasting around 3 and a half hours. I was then invited to interview at their office along with 9 others, where we completed a market pit game then had individual panel interviews. This was with 3 VCMT members including the internal recruiter and a founding partner. After being told I would hear after a week I was incredibly disappointed to not even be told whether I had the job or not. Despite emailing and messaging the recruiter multiple times VCMT lacked any empathy to even let candidates know they were unsuccessful.
