Very friendly environment while you didn't feel like being interviewed but more like conversation where you learned many information about their business. The phone interview was about competency skills, behavioural and motivation questions. however, the second stage was a group exercise at their office. it was kind of a trading game between the interviewer and the graduates where you had to be quick and accurate.
