J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez VCCP (Londres, Angleterre) en juil. 2025

      Entretien

I first interviewed with someone from the talent acquisition team who was extremely kind, friendly, and supportive. I was quickly progressed to an interview with a director who was also very welcoming and informative, taking the time to explain the company structure and role in detail. Even when I didn’t know the answer to some questions, he was reassuring and encouraging. I was then asked to complete a paid social task, which I later presented to the manager and director. The feedback was constructive and positive, and I was subsequently emailed an offer confirming I had secured the role. Unfortunately, after receiving the offer, I never received a contract. I was asked to start within two days, which I declined as I hadn’t yet received formal paperwork. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly followed up and was reassured that they were waiting on internal sign-offs. After several weeks of delays, I was eventually informed that the offer had to be withdrawn due to budgeting issues. This was disappointing, as I had paused applying for other roles believing the position was secured. While the interviewers themselves were professional and kind, the process highlighted a lack of internal alignment at a senior level. I would advise candidates to ensure contracts are in place before making any commitments.
