From the initial application to going back and forth discussing salaries, possibilities, possible employment locations, possible company expansion. The process vas very smooth but lengthy. Apparently these days, no matter where one applies, one gets drilled, and checked out. I have a feeling that sometimes, either company executives or recruiters, do not look at the big pictures as of what a candidate can offer. After all it was a pleasant experience.
