I got a call from the Shine consultancy and they scheduled my interview on a particular date. On arriving at the venue I was asked to submit my resume upon which I received a Sheet to fill. I was asked to draft an interview letter to the HR of the company followed by my basic information. Post that there was an essay topic given along with a few questions.
