I had a phone interview with Utmost and initially everything seemed positive. However, after the interview, I didn’t hear back from them for almost a month despite sending follow-up emails and making phone calls. since I received no response, I reached out to their HR manager on LinkedIn to inquire about the status of my application but instead of replying, she blocked me. This experience felt very unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of their recruitment process.
