The overall process was quick and professional. I was informed at every stage about the current status. Also, after every stage, I received in-depth feedback that highlighted my strong sides. There were three stages, first, there was a screening call, then a behavioural interview and lastly live coding interview. Although it was simple in my opinion it was enough to assess my motivation and skills for the position.
They do 2-3 interviews (forgot the full process). They also do give good feedback if you get rejected. First round is basic HR questions with a bit of technical detail (not much).
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Utility Warehouse (Leeds, England) en mai 2022

I applied via a Recruiter. Got through to the pair programming stage. Was given a small application that was Go with no ReadMe and unclear verbal instructions. Big no go for myself who suffers from nerves and prefer to Read A/C instead of Listen. Asked for clarification and instead decided to hand hold throughout. Then was rejected because of the unclear instructions and supposedly would take to long to train up. Very unfair process. Feedback was given not directly to myself but via my partner who also applied. Unprofessional.
