Entretien
My initial contact was with an accounting/consulting firm. I was interviewed in a professional manner by a senior staff member. I was also given a short accounting "skills" test that was very simple and and later was sent a questionnaire on "emotional" IQ. At that stage I was told I was one of eight candidates. Then I was one of three sent over to be interviewed. I interviewed with the outgoing Director and the President the following week. I was very interested in the position and I thought the interviews went very well. I sent thank you notes a few days later. But I never heard back from UTC. I knew they were busy, but this was very disappointing after all the time I had invested. I still do not know if the position is filled.
