Entretien
A hiring manager call after recruiter call then a presentation followed by a chat with the ceo.
They did make me wait an additional 2 weeks after the final interview process to then tell me that I did not receive the job

What would you change about the way you CS team works now?

I'll be candid, I try to interview regularly to stay sharp. I had no intention of taking this position, as it was actually a slightly lower salary than my current. I think this allows me to have a more neutral perspective on the interview process.
Made it to the final round of interviews for this position. First two rounds were positive, really great team members and good energy. Between the lines, it was clear this was a young company and a lot of work was expected from employees. Typical for a startup.
The mock work they want you to provide for the interview was far too laborious for the offered pay (which was on the low end of average for this position). Final round was with head of CS and another lead of the team. Two smarmy and egotistical men who immediately rubbed me the wrong way. They both talked far too much for an interview and were so arrogant. I left the interview completely turned off by the company. Clearly it was mutual, as I was not offered the position. If that's the culture, I can't recommend this company.

Entretien
Straightforward, transparent, informative, smooth. I was interviewed by an agency employed by UserGems. The process met my expectations, and I felt it was fair. I ended up declining to proceed, based on personal decision and not based on UserGems
