Entretien
Applied online. Contacted a week later for a phone interview. Two weeks later I had my first face to face interview with the Hiring Manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Final interview was with the Hiring Manager, a member from the team, and a meet & greet with the CEO.
Overall I had a very positive experience and really got the chance to understand the responsibilities of the role. The team is young and very enthusiastic. The energy at the office was always welcoming and engaging.

Entretien
Online gesolliciteerd (CV, cover letter), binnen een week uitgenodigd voor telefonisch interview met recruiter. In dit gesprek (20min) ging het om mijn achtergrond & ervaring, motivatie voor Usabilla en de functie.
Daarna volgden 2 interviews op kantoor van een uur (hier zat 2 weken tussen), eerst met recruiter en Senior CSM, daarna weer met Senior CSM en team manager. In het tweede gesprek werd vragen gesteld over klant cases (scenario-vragen).
