I had an initial interview virtually with a committee of several various individuals. Later, a second virtual interview with the department in which I would be directing. Finally, several on-site interviews with various leadership roles. All of the people were incredibly welcoming and asked great questions throughout the process. I felt like the people working here were all genuine regarding their love for the institution. I did not ultimately accept, but I believe this to be a very worthwhile organization with amazing people.
