Their hiring process is too lengthy. And they have complicated terms / bonds which i thnk on one will accept as per my opinion. I applied with Gilder.ai 1st they sended a test link with their bond terms which is half decleared. Test was held remotely and its basically apti test no technical. After 2 days i got shortlisted mail for F2F final round at their bangalore office on 6th March 2020 . On that day i visited for final round their HR will explain their terms now Bond description which they mentioned in mail was not completely explained . I mailed it was just mentioned that their will be bond and their will be 6 month probagation period of 6 month where u will get ctc 2.4 lakhs and after propagation period ur ctc will be 4 lakhs with 2 years service bond all well . But when i gone to final round at their bangalore office i travelled such long distance for such worst company. Beacuse on interview day hr said total service bond description which is totally complicated. And they hide this description in mail as per their hr explaination now their will be 6 months progation with ctc 2.4 lakhs after that 4lakhs ctc upto this its ok but now they added that who will be seleted they need to submit their all education certificate for 2 years with them that too orginal copy and if bonds breaks then we need to give 1.5 lakhs as penalty this clauses they not mentioned while sending face to face invitation for shorlisting through their gilder.ai remote examz ! Its just worst experice which i face after travelling such long distance from kolkta to bangalore . And again they will take 5 rounds again such apti, techical (Written Paper), 3 rounds face to face . So basically i have not selected i dnt know any body got seleted or not if they select anyone i hope no one will sign such complicated service clause where compny didn't mentioned in mail and where candidate need to submit their original certificates this is 1st company where i face such complicated hidden clauses . Anyways for me its worst experice and over all urbanpro is not mnc it is a startup company (just a website) . Mianly working in e-learning / Faculty platform .
