Rubbish Hr and scanner since they didn’t review my requested salary and only ask for interview. I and finished all the application form and provide my copies to them, and someone came to me and said the salary can only starting 15-16k which is so far away from my requested salary. And I left immediately after get this news. Such decision maker should have judgement that the salary range should be adjusted in reasonable range, but I cannot see who can manage with this in the company. WASTE my time!
