Too lengthy interview for entry level which has almost 4 round of telephonic interview and 3 round of face to face interview Which takes almost a month I don't think it worth for company and for candidate also. Specially for entry level position

There are nearly 4 to 5 Rounds which are as follows General Round Technical Round Aptitude Round Hr round Final round every round will be taken with a gap of hour interval. They take time in announcing their result.
