One of the worse experience in my entire 5 years of professional work experience. No structure, no professionalism, no experience. Got a call from a person who was a category manager with less experience compared to me and asking about my salary and expectations etc. That was first call, later he only scheduled my call for 2rd which was supposed to happen on weekend at x time but didn't got a call so I followed up with the concern person asking about the interview. Later it got scheduled for y timing same day, but to my surprise before 10 mins to the interview for a mail from the person who was suppose to take my interview asking to reschedule it to Monday. Seems like uc checks the degree of the candidates not the experience. I'll request you guys to hire people based on knowledge and experience not on degree and which college they belong from. The 2 folks which I've encountered till now in this possess doesn't fit for CM/SCM at all. Would have appreciated if HR would have called and taken the process ahead or an experience person.

one guesstimate and a case study with normal talk abt resume and work ex. with sharp observations on any lie you tell. it was one on one interview. mostly focused on if youre gonna stay or not.
