Straight-forward single interview. Questions are based on experience and familiarity of the role. HR team kept me up to date during the process. Training on the bikes was provided before the first shift before hitting the road with deliveries.

More of an information session where you find out about the company history and where they operate and also show your right to work and sign some contracts/confirm bank details. Not really an interview. There was an online questionnaire about why you want to work for them and what good customer service means to you.
