I never had the opportunity to complete the interview. Initially, a date was scheduled, but a few hours beforehand, my interviewer emailed to say she was unwell and needed to reschedule. On the new date, the interview was again canceled just hours before, this time with no explanation. I followed up to understand what had happened and to attempt rescheduling, but I never received a response. I found this experience disappointing and unprofessional, as it ended up wasting my time.

The person responsible for arranging the interview rescheduled the meeting twice. Despite attending at the agreed time, the interviewer did not show up. I sent an email to arrange another interview at their convenience and followed up, but received no response. There was no effort made to inform me after missing the arranged meeting.

We use a candidate self booking tool for scheduling interviews. This allows candidates to look at our calendar and select a time that works best for them. It sounds like this system didn't work for you. Please accept our apologies for any technical issues experienced!

Sent my application via email, received a response immediately saying they would 'review the application'. Two minutes later I get a rejection email. Process totally automated, total waste of time and energy. Why advertise jobs if you arent actively looking?
Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. So you're aware, there is no automated system in place. Its just us looking through resumes as they come in. This role is a really important one for us and finding the right person for it is key. We are sorry it wasn't a fit this time!
