Applied online, received an email from employee interviewer who would be doing the phone interview. Sent me a link for phone interview availability, confirmed time/date and received email confirmation of phone interview.
On day and time of phone call, the employee interviewer flaked on the phone interview and didn't bother to reply to my email follow up on the matter. Was ghosted by the employee.
Sent a follow up email the next day to and got a lame excuse that they called and my phone was off and went straight to voice mail. None of this ever happened since phone was on waiting for the call.
Very unprofessional, doesn't seem there is an actual HR recruiting team doing the hiring process.
Employees here are lazy and seem to be quick to throw people under the bus.

It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Entretien
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
