I had a phone screen and was invited onsite. I received multiple texts from different numbers and email addresses asking if I was interested and to send my resume. There was a lot of external recruiters also reaching out. There was no follow up after any replies. They really need to get a hold of their recruiting process.

Quickly scheduled interview with the hiring manager - then radio silence. What happened to disengaging someone? For a growing company, it'd be smart to keep ties to candidates, even if they aren't a good fit.
