Entretien
There was a preliminary test that revolved a scenario in which we had to come up with a solution. There was then a phone interview for those who were selected based on their preliminary test results. The interview was not the usual question and answer style but rather more of a get-to-know you and the company. It helped me to visualize the sort of role that I would be playing.

No interview questions really stood out as it was a more conversational interview about the company, the CEO, and myself.

Entretien
The interview started with the invitation to do a short marketing challenge, which led to a phone interview. The phone interview was less of an interview and more of a conversation/culture fit screening. Both steps were helpful in learning about my role and company culture.
