Entretien
I had received a mail from the HR (although I have never applied for the post myself). I promptly replied and got a call-back. Now the lady HR, started to brief me about the company, JD for the position and I was told about the few rounds that I have to follow up.
P.S: I was informed that all the rounds would be conducted through phone. Although I have a strong offer from Reliance, I found this company interesting since they were into APPLICATION development.

Brief Intro and she asked me whether 5.0 LPA was OK for me!!! I was like.. All through my 7+ interviews I have never come across something like this where the pay was discussed beforehand. :P
Cleared this round and I was told that I would be getting a call from one of the directors of the company. This pumped me up and I was given an appointment between 6.00 PM and 6.30 PM.
nice one, duration was less , multiple rounds , round 4-5 processes ,comprehensive and nice atmosphere , though startup is a fairly mall being series a/b. Overall nice experience. interviewers were making the candidate comfortable enough to express properly
