A 45 Minute teams call with three directors of the team that works on reinsurance. They described the role and how it interacts with each of them. Collaboration is critical for this team so they had me explain my thought processes and how I execute tasks when assigned to me.

I was sent a preliminary Word document with basic questions regarding experience for the position. I responded within an hour. The following day I received an e-mail regarding a telephone interview. A week later I was called in the afternoon and was asked questions regarding my resume, experience, and Finance experience so far. I mentioned I was still in school, and it was pretty clear from there that the position required at least a minimum of one year's worth of experience with database programming. I was asked questions about SQL, VBA Macro Building, other Technical skills i may have developed at my current job or perhaps any ERP Software experience. I had none of it, and after 20 minutes of a painfully unprepared interview I was told I would receive feedback a week later. The following week I received a call saying that other candidates have been considered but me. Oh well.
