I originally applied online for the Customer Service role and was called to schedule a phone interview. I was told it would last approximately 45 minutes to an hour, but it only lasted 20 minutes. It basically comprised of a few what would you do scenarios and experience based questions. A week and a half later they called to let me know that I did not get the job, but they were considering me for this position instead. We scheduled an on site interview and I received a few emails with instructions and to-do's. The interview took place in the conference room and the other person that was supposed to be there never showed up. So, we continued with a one on one and it went well. Later that same day I was contacted letting me know that I had gotten the job.
