The phone interview went well, lasted about an hour, and two days later, I was offered an on-site interview for the following week. The on-site interview started off fine. It was a panel interview; the two interviewers were very friendly. Then at the end of the interview, I was unexpectedly told that I was now going to perform a mock call: I had not been told this was part of the interview process ahead of time, and I was not prepared. The interviewers handed me two pages of information and then gave me about 1-2 minutes to familiarize myself with the information. Needless to say, I didn’t feel 1-2 minutes was enough time to familiarize myself with the information, and I did poorly on the mock call. I don’t understand why the mock call information wasn’t provided to me ahead of time, and why I wasn’t given a sufficient amount of time to prepare for it? I know I would have aced the call if I had a strong grasp on the information I was being quizzed over...So, please be warned of this and prepare yourself for a mock call with little to no time to prepare yourself: it seems to be an arbitrary way they cross off candidates.

Initial phone screen with HR Representative who lined me up for an interview with the call center. This was followed by an in person interview with two members of management.

I had an interview via web cam which took about 45 minutes. There were two individuals that I spoke with during the process. They both would take turns asking me questions using the STAR method wanting detailed responses and taking notes.

Question 1
I've been advised the questions will have the STAR method and I've been provided with a document to review in advance in order to role play. The recruiter suggested knowing details about the company and being dressed for the interview as well.

The interview process was great. I was contacted for a phone interview, told the process of the company, etc and the next step. I was told what would occur if I was granted the next step or not. Later, I was called for the Skype interview with 2 of the companies employees, it was based on behavioral questions and the insight of the employees about the company. Later I was called to confirm I got the job contingent to the background check. Throughout the whole process, I was constantly updated so I didn't feel this position was a scam or anything.
Everyone was very informative. If I had any questions, I could ask the staffing specialist, and she usually replied back to me immediately.
