J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unum en oct. 2017
Entretien
I received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pleasant it lasted about an hour. The HR person went over my resume with me and asked questions about previous positions. They also discussed the rate of pay and some benefits and scheduling. I was told at the end of the phone interview that they thought I'd be a good fit and was moving on to the next stage. A conference interview was then set up. It would be done via webcam and phone call. It was set for the very next day. That too was about an hour. Again they went through my resume, they also asked some personality type questions and they had a mock customer service phone call as a test.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1. Do you think with your temperament you would be a good fit for this position? 2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 3. What made you want to work for Unum?
It was a relatively quick process. About a one week turn around from application to interview. All were video/phone interviews for a remote position. Very basic customer service and experience based questions.

Asked the usual interview questions "How do you handle difficult calls?" and "How do you manage your time?" It felt like a conversation in the session and I did not feel nervous.
