Applied Online, got an interview within a week. They asked me to answer "Why Univision?" in the application
I was scheduled for a 30 min skype interview. The interview came in 25 minutes late. I should have left after 10 mins waiting. Upon entering, she apologized. Ask the same question on application basically: "Introduce yourself" and Why Univision?" and then said right after "do you have any questions for me?" Allowed me to ask one question before saying she has another interview.
Did not receive any follow up on candidacy. I didn't mind tho because I wouldn't have worked for them. Really unprofessional.

I applied through LinkedIn and about 3-4 weeks later I received an email letting me know I got an interview. The interview was online using a website kind of like Skype, but no one is on the other end. It’s pre recorded interview questions and the website films you answering them.

When you walk in, check in at the reception. Then you wait until someone takes you to the person that will interview you. The interviewer was nice and friendly. The interview was simple and quick. They reviewed my qualifications asked a few questions and said they would contact me.
