Entretien
I was interviewed for the Sr. Business Analyst position at University Health Corporate Square for the Research & Information Management department. I was scheduled to meet with the Executive Director for Healthcare Transformation and Informatics (who I spoke with on the phone prior). When I got there she informed me that I would be interviewed by someone else in the department as she had another meeting to go to. I was interviewed in a room with no lights just the blinds of the windows open. Strange but I thought whatever. The interviewer was very frazzled and unorganized so you could tell this interview was thrown at her very last minute. She was very soft spoken so it was hard to hear her. She took notes but never showed any interest in what I was saying. I already knew the interview was going bad but kept my head up and stayed professional. She lost track of her questions or how many she had left so there were a few moments of awkward silence as I waited for her to figure out her pamphlet. When the interview was over she began walking me through the office towards the exit but stopped mid way and she seemed like she wanted to say good bye and expect me to find my way out of there but I didn't know how to get out of that office or where the exit was so I looked at her and she quickly realized she should walk me to where the exit was. LOL! I shook her hand and said thank you for the opportunity. A waste of time for both of us to be honest. I suggest the company find someone else qualified to interview candidates in the future.
