first conducted 2 tests- one for mathematical ability and the other for reading comprehension. A couple of weeks later met with City Instructor and Education instructor from the hospital where you would have a placement. They discussed areas you might be interested to work .and why and you gave feedback and why you thought you would be suited to a certain environment
