I was contacted by a recruiter who found me on Linkedin. I agreed to come in for an interview. I met with one of my managers and an associate first. We chatted about the job and my experience. I said I didn't think I was right for the job. They told me they liked me anyway and to come back for a second interview. 2nd interview was with all heads of my department including the President of our division who served on the Board. (7 people interviewing me at once not typical for the company) We didn't talk about anything to do with the actual job. They offered me the job 1 week later.

Primeiro é feita a triagem pelo RH, depois individual com cada gerente de área e possivelmente com o Diretor, para cargos de Head a entrevista também passa pelo Presidente da Cia. No geral são feitas perguntas específicas e sobre o mercado musical.

The process was very structured, with a single point of contact throughout, though a new person stepped in at the offer stage. I had two interview rounds before getting an offer, with additional phone calls from HR throughout the process.

Was a pretty straight forward interview process. No trick questions, felt like it was an open and honest conversation between two parties. Most of the questions were about my experience within the industry.
