I applied through their website and was contacted by a recruiter 10 days later. He asked 2 questions and then set a time for an interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was an informal chat about the team, the role, my experience, etc. No competency-based questions at all.
2 days later received a message from the recruiter saying I was unsuccessful because they were looking for someone with more experience. I sensed that from the interview so there were no surprises on my end.
The overall recruiting experience was great and the company seems an excellent place to work for any music enthusiast. I will definitely try again later.

Entretien
The whole interview process was drawn out for two months with no solid process on feedback or next steps when going through interview rounds. A final project was assigned and after submission I did not ever hear back from the recruiter with feedback. This is incredibly unprofessional considering the time spent interviewing and effort put behind the final project assigned.
