3 rounds HR, Hiring manager and staff, Technical round. It all went well thought I would get an offer. And Ghosted by HR. I Replied several times expressing my interest and had no follow up. I don't understand why HR can't simply reply that they moved on.

Applied via their website, recruiter reached out via a quick phone call/screen. Conducted an interview with the hiring manager and no response afterward. Perhaps a rejection email would be nicer than nothing.
