The interviewer seemed friendly. She wanted to know more about my background and my work as I came from a non-trad background. It was a long conversation but wasn't strenuous. She seemed convinced and satisfied with my answers and informed me that I would be sent a case study for the next round and that I could coordinate with the HR. The HR never answered my calls or responded to my emails ever since the interview. They could've directly said that they will not move ahead with my candidature and that I have been rejected. But ghosting is highly unprofessional and speaks volumes about their culture.
