“I recently participated in an interview with Unitywater and noticed that both the HR team and the department manager seemed to like me. However, I didn’t get the job. After doing some research on the company and reviewing their LinkedIn profile, I noticed that they seem to only hire employees who were born in Australia, with no representation of people from migrant backgrounds. This is disappointing, especially considering Australia’s need for migrants and the fact that many people here come from diverse backgrounds, including England and Ireland.”

Entretien
Weird. Interview went into strange territory fast. I was asked about my experience. The two male interviewers looked at each other and started laughing. I wasn't in on the joke, but they kept sniggering throughout the interview whenever I answered their innuendo-laden questions. The worst part was I think they thought they were clever. Two short dopey men who thought they were funny by asking me perverted questions not related to finance or my experience as a financial accountant.

Do you ever come (pause, laughter) later than expected? (Neither of them could control themselves with this question. I actually asked them if they were okay.)
