My interview was a formality. I had been doing agency work there and they bought my contract. They had already decided to hire me, then sent me through the process with HR

Brief- hr rep interviews you and then passes you on to a dept head. Standard questions for interview. Then the dept head shows you around the units. They are usually fairly out of touch with the units though. Sometimes the nurse manager for the unit takes over this process
