It was a very basic interview. There was nothing special about it. It was a general interview just with a person who tells you all the things that you would be doing with the company. They tell you its a marketing project. while preparing for the interview, i saw a link online with all the questions, so i used that to prepare, though its really just a common sense type of interview and knowing the questions before hand doesn't really make a difference. Anyone should be able to get in, if you really want to. Like unless you don't want to work for the company, i find it hard to believe that anyone would not make it past the interview process.

The interview process will either take one or two days depending on how much the manager and employees like you. For me it took two days but I did see some people get hired right on the spot, Mainly women. When asked why they only needed one interview I was told that "It was because they pertained all of the qualities we were looking for and would help others want to work for us." I do not know if this was true but it was strange nonetheless.
