the interview went great. the interviewer asked more wholesome professional questions that analyzed more of my character as opposed to only focusing on my performance quality. Her name was Julie. I commented by the end that I appreciate her simply smiling throughout the interview to help ease tension so that I could answer her questions more pleasantly.

The the interview process starts with you recording yourself on video for the initial assessment, next there is a phone screen, last you interview face to face with the manager

Entretien
I applied online and heard back the very next day to schedule a phone screen. I scheduled my phone screen for the following day at 11am. The talent acquisition member called me before 10:30am which I wasn't expecting because that's not the time I scheduled... I still answered and we began the phone screen. We were only 5 minutes into the conversation and in the middle of me talking, she hung up on me. I called the number back immediately and there was no answer. She then called me back 2 minutes later laughing and said something happened with her phone system and it shut down on her. She then continued the phone screen, but was extremely unprofessional and continuously kept giggling and I felt like I couldn't really communicate with her. It was the strangest thing I have ever experienced. I then received an email the next day stating I was not selected to move forward in this position. I'm still at a loss for words even a few days later... I have never experienced an interview/phone screen like this in my life. This was the first time I've interviewed with UHG and it left a very bad impression on the hiring process, talent acquisition staff, and company as a whole.
