Was comprised of three interviews, first interview was at a career fair, second interview was the day after the career fair and third one was an on site interview where I would be working. Toughest part was getting off work for the on site interview because it was a very time consuming process that could have been a lot shorter of basically all the people that they hired.

Entretien
The first step in the interview process was the phone screen by a HR rep. this consisted of the standard questions. interest level, why the company and basic skills. the second phase was a face to face interview with several people. This was conducted by two would be peers one on one. One focused on skills type questions and the other asked more "get to know you" type questions. Overall I felt like the interviewers were not seasoned at the task.
