Very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company. Despite over a year of customer service in the healthcare field, I did not hear anything in over a month from them. I applied over a month ago to several positions, and finally got an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview. I arrived early, and over an hour went by and the interviewer never joined. I emailed the company and they said they would "look into it" but hours went by and I never heard anything. Over a week later, I got a call from an unknown number (with no prior email about it) asking about the interview and she told me should would be interviewing me right then and there. She said the interview went well and gave me the start dates, took my home address to send the computer, and even gave a breakdown and said that I would be hearing from them "soon." A week goes by and I happen to check my portal and see that I was denied that position and no one had called or emailed to follow-up. During the process of applying, I had also gotten several automated emails stating I "withdrew" from positions I had not withdrawn from and I would have to call to get them corrected in their third party system. I have heard good things from employees who work for this company and would have considered working for them despite the long (1.5month) application turn around, however, their poor communication and errors raise too many red flags....how do they communicate with the employees they DO hire? If their were so many errors in their system just applying, what kind of errors are their clients dealing with?

The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.

Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.

Interview process is different. You receive an email interview to go over the position and answer questions and you video your answers. If selected you continue on to the next interview with and find out if you got the position or not.
