I applied online but also networked through a friend who knew the hiring manager. I had 3 interviews total: the first with the recruiter (only 20 minutes); the second with the hiring manager and 4 others where I had to do a mock training session; and the third with about 5 peers who each asked me questions. This was a telecommuting job.
