There was an on-campus interview and I have a Skype interview scheduled to replace not being able to visit the office during a winter storm. The interviewer on campus was very nice and an alum from my school. You get asked questions about how you deal with roadblocks, how you work, struggles you've faced, and your values overall.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
