I did three interviews over the phone. For the most part, it was very simple and quick. However, back than, the Baton Rouge site wasn't open at the time and I believe that what made the interview so easy.

There is a online assessment, over the phone interview and lastly face-to-face interview. I was offered a back up position. If someone decided not to take the offer at the last minute I was the back up but unfortunately for me everyone took the offer. It was a bad experience I felt devastated.
