The interview process took a fairly lengthy amount of time. I applied for the technology development program at 3 different locations (Raleigh, Schaumburg and Boston). I applied for the Schaumburg, IL location in late February and then I was invited to interview with them in early March. After the first interview it took about 6 weeks before they got back to me with another online video interview they wanted me to do with a manager at the Schaumburg location. A couple of days after the second interview , a recruiter reached out to me telling me that I got the position.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Entretien
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
