It was a very casual phone conversation. It was supposed to be a video interview but their system wasn't working so they emailed to let me know they would be calling instead about an hour beforehand. The interviewer asked me to 'walk me through your resume' and then a few 'tell me about a time when' questions. Very easy and friendly conversation. Focused a lot on fit and company culture more than qualifications. The phone call lasted about 45 minutes in total.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?
