Very nice interview, felt very positive about the whole process.
The interviewer was very courteous and sympathetic to my situation. I felt like all the questions allowed me to present a positive light on my experience and gave me ample opportunity to make my case for each question. Questions were more behavioral than skills based but were a mix of each.
I think it would have been a nice position for me.

The interview process was HORRIBLE! I spoke to a recruiter and her rooster was crowing in the background the whole time. She never got back with me after telling me she wanted to schedule me for next steps. I emailed her with no response. They need a revamp on their recruiting process. ITS BAD!

I completed a video interview for this position. I received an email within hours of applying asking me to complete this process within 48 hours, It is done via the internet and is recorded.

I applied online for a Customer Service Supervisor position and a week later was contacted by UHG Recruitment Department to setup a phone interview. The phone interview went well the recruiter was prompt at calling at the agreed time. He was very friendly explained the process thoroughly before beginning. Additionally the recruiter allowed an opportunity at the end for questions.

The interview was conducted via phone by HR Recruitment, it took about 30 - 35 minutes. As expected they were all behavioral based questions only 3 towards the end of the interview the remaining time was spent discussing past employment history.
