It was a very pleasant and friendly interview. I was pleased with the length and time of interview, the questions were pretty straightforward and not terribly thought provoking.
Background info, STAR based questions. For example Tell about a time when you had to manage multiple projects and conflicting timeliness. Several rounds of formal interviews and the informal chat with a fee team members

Entretien
Had 3 interviews and then didn't hear back, despite following up twice. It was a pleasant process until then, but I was really surprised by the radio silence even after I tried several times to just get a quick email response of yes or no.
This review is specifically for United Way NYC. Would not recommend. I received absolutely no follow-up regarding my status after multiple interviews. It would have been helpful to receive some type of update after reaching out several times. Lack of follow-up is not a good sign, in my opinion.
